2 red peppers
1 package cherry tomatoes
2 yellow peppers
1 sweet potato
1 purple sweet potato
package of frozen broccoli
2 purple onions
salt
pepper
garlic
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 garlic cubes
sprinkle of black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chop up all your veggies into the size you like. Place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and spray with oil or cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes.
For the garlic dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.
