1 package Gefen Ramen Noodles
boiling water to cover
1 egg
1/4 cup Gefen Pizza Sauce
1/3 cup shredded cheese
Preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
To a bowl, add your ramen noodles and top with boiling water to soften.
In another bowl, mix the egg with the contents of the seasoning packet from the noodles. When soft, transfer the noodles to the egg mixture and mix well.
Transfer the coated noodles to the center of a pizza pan lined with Gefen Parchment Paper, leaving behind any excess egg.
Shape the noodles into a flat pizza crust, top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese evenly over the surface. Add your sauce and remaining cheese on top and bake five to seven minutes.
