Red Wine Vinaigrette

Directions

1.

Add the oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic to a jar.

2.

Seal tightly and shake well to combine. Alternatively, blend with an immersion blender.

3.

Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
