Diets Do I need to explain what this one is for? Enjoy your salad! Yield: 1 cup
1/2 cup Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup red or white wine, such as Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
Add the oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic to a jar.
Seal tightly and shake well to combine. Alternatively, blend with an immersion blender.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
