This recipe is a breeze to make! One pot on the stove and finished in under five minutes. This side dish is a favorite by everyone and is eaten up to the last bit! You won’t even know that this isn’t rice! The best part is how healthy, delicious and easy it is to make!
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
1 small onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Osem consommé
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Start by roughly chopping an onion and sautéing it on medium heat.
As the onion starts to get soft, add in a bag of frozen rice cauliflower.
The cauliflower will begin to defrost and as it becomes more breakable add in the soy sauce, consommé, garlic and salt.
Let sit on the fire as everything starts to combine and soften, about 5 minutes.
Bring to table and enjoy!
