Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 purple onion, diced

  • 5 scallions, chopped

Dressing

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 6 tablespoons sugar

  • 6 tablespoons oil

  • 1/2 cup vinegar (make sure your vinegar is gluten free, if gluten is a concern)

Directions

Prepare the Salad

Mix together all ingredients.
