Diets Take your salad to the next level with hearts of palm rice. It’s an easy salad upgrade that adds to the taste profile and is nutritious too. Drizzle some avocado dressing for a perfect combination of tastes and flavors.
1 plum tomato
1 Persian cucumber
1/2 red onion
romaine lettuce
1 avocado
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 cube Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dice the tomato, cucumber and onion. Add to a bowl with remaining salad ingredients.
Add dressing ingredients to a container and blend.
Toss salad with dressing.
