Diets The salty-sweet combo is a real thing. It always sounds crazy, but when it works it works. This salad just works.
1 (8-ounce/225-gram) bag shredded lettuce
1 peach, sliced
1 (pretty firm) avocado, diced
1/4 cup candied pecans (see note)
4 ounces (112 grams) crumbled Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
pinch pepper
Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle on top.
