Slice baguettes open and smear with spicy mayo on one side and pesto on other side.
Fill with pastrami and turkey, and tomatoes and onion, if using.
Close sandwiches.
Spread one teaspoon margarine on top of baguette.
Place in panini press until cooked through, about six minutes.
Serve immediately.
