6 carrots, grated
6 celery stalks, grated
1 medium onion, grated
3/4 cup oil
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups water
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine all the ingredients and place in greased muffin tins or silicone molds.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over carrot bites in pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan.
