This is my all-time favorite salad recipe. It’s a classic, but elevated, and a true staple in my home! I usually make it when I have guests for the Shabbos day meal, and everyone loves it.
lettuce, chopped
grape tomatoes
cucumbers, sliced on a bias
avocado, cubed
colored peppers, sliced
shredded red cabbage
red onion, sliced
plantain croutons (I use Heaven & Earth)
1/3 cup olive oil or Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1/3 cup Heaven & Earth Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Gefen Minced Onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix the dressing ingredients in a container.
Layer the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with dressing.
