Ingredients

Shortcut Caramel Cookie Pie

  • 1/2 cup caramel chocolate chips

For Serving

  • ice cream

  • caramel sauce

Directions

Prepare the Shortcut Caramel Cookie Pie

1.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pour chocolate chips and truffles into the pie crust. Top with cookie dough. Press down to create an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes.

3.

Serve warm topped with ice cream and caramel drizzle.

Where can I find cookie truffles. What kind do I get for the caramel cookie pie?

Any kosher supermarket should sell chocolate truffles. Shaindy used Le Chocolate Hazelnut Truffles.
