1/3–1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (mango, kiwi, and/or frozen berries)
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup strawberry yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
Include directions so your recipient can make the smoothie: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
