1 box Tuscanini Fusilli Pasta
3 tablespoons smoked paprika
3 tablespoons Gefen Onion Powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon Pereg Cumin
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups neutral oil, for frying
Cook pasta according to instructions on the box. Let cool.
Mix spices and salt together. Set aside one tablespoon. Toss the spice mix with the pasta.
Add oil to a deep frying pan or pot. In small batches, add the pasta and fry until it begins to brown. Be careful as it can go from browned to burned pretty quickly. Let drain on a tray lined with paper towels.
Let cool, toss with remaining spice mix, and transfer to an air-tight container.
