Spinach Souffle

Main ingredients

  • 12 ounces spinach, cooked and drained

  • 2 potatoes, cooked

  • 3 tablespoons farina

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Souffle

1.

Blend or process spinach with potatoes. Add farina, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic and mix well.

2.

Heat oil in an eight-inch loaf pan.

3.

Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
