This quick-fix salad is perfect for weekday or Shabbat meals with ingredients already found in most pantries and fridges.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 can diced hearts of palm, liquid drained

  • 1 can Glicks Chickpeas, liquid drained

  • 1 can sliced black olives, liquid drained

Dressing

Directions

1.

Add all dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.

2.

Combine vegetables and lettuce in a large salad bowl. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
