Main ingredients

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups (1 pint) frozen strawberries, cubed

Directions

Prepare the Strawberry Fluff

1.

In a mixer, beat whites with salt and sugar until stiff.

2.

Add strawberries and beat on high for 10 minutes.

3.

Freeze immediately.

4.

Serve with fresh fruit.

Can I use fresh strawberries and what quantity? Should I liquidise them before adding them to the mixer?

Yes, you can use fresh strawberries- just cut them into cubes and measure 2 cups.
