Yields about 4 cups
1 (32-ounce) bag frozen strawberry rhubarb mix
1 and 1/2 cups water
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
In a pot, combine strawberry rhubarb mix with water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until fruit is soft and mixture reduces, about 25 minutes.
Using a mesh sieve, strain into a bottle or jar.
