This is an everyday staple in my home. It’s simple and refreshing. Enjoy as a delicious drink or pour into popsicle molds for delicious frozen treats. The hemp adds a significant source of Omega-3 fatty acids, and you can hardly taste it!
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1 cup orange juice
1 (14-ounce) bag frozen strawberries
1 heaping teaspoon ground hemp seed
Place all ingredients in a large powerful blender and blend until smooth. Drink or pour into popsicle molds for delicious frozen treats.
