2 loaves French bread, enough for approximately 12 servings
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped or 6 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons basil, chopped or 6 cubesĀ or 6 cubes Dorot Gardens FrozenĀ Basil
1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice loaves horizontally. Hollow out bottom half of each loaf.
In a bowl mix the parsley, chives, basil, spinach, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cheese. Spread half of the mixture into each half of hollowed out bread.
Top each half of hollowed out and cheese filled bread with a half of non-hollowed out bread. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Delicious! Was so yummy! Made it without the chives & spinach (not our taste) and was so delicious!
