Diets Whenever I make smoothies, I’m in awe of the beautiful natural colors and flavors of the produce that HaShem has created for us. These smoothies definitely scream summer- but I have a feeling that you’re going to want to make them year-round!
1 cup frozen butternut squash (I use riced)
1/2 cup Beleaves Mango (I use cubes)
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1-2 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil, depending on your preference
10 small frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Gefen Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2-1 teaspoon cacao powder (a healthier version of cocoa- but cocoa is ok too)
2 dates
1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I use almond)
1/3 cup Beleaves Red Dragon Fruit (pitaya) cubes
1 frozen açaí packet
1/2-1 ripe banana
2/3 cup Gefen Almond Milk
Blend all ingredients.
Blend and enjoy!
