Diets This tahini fudge was a huge hit with people who don’t even like halva!
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups Haddar Baracke Tahini
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1/2 cup roasted unsalted pistachios
Add sugar, water, and salt to a saucepan. Heat until a candy thermometer shows 238 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from heat.
Add tahini and vanilla and mix until a paste forms. Add pistachios.
Press into into an eight-inch square pan. Let cool and cut into one-inch cubes.
