Ingredients

Banana Muffins

  • 2 bananas, mashed (or blended for a creamier texture)

  • 2 cups flour (I use 80% whole wheat)

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Mix all ingredients with a hand blender or fork. Pour into a muffin pan. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until light brown. Enjoy!
