Diets 2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 ounces margarine
4 tablespoons cold water
4 and 1/2 ounces baking chocolate
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon or other wine
4 eggs
10 ounces whipping cream
1 ounce baking chocolate, grated
Knead together the ingredients for the dough until smooth.
Roll out on a well-floured surface and place into two nine-inch round pie pans.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate, water, and sugars over low heat. Allow to cool.
Add wine and four egg yolks. Set aside.
Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture.
Beat cream until stiff. Combine half of the whipped cream with chocolate mixture; set aside the other half.
Pour filling over dough.
Spread remaining whip on top. Sprinkle with chocolate curls.
Freeze.
