A recipe for non-dairy blondies made with oil.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Prepare the Blondies

1.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an eight by eight-inch pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl mix together the brown sugar, oil, egg and vanilla. Then add the flour, baking powder and salt. Make sure your batter is fully mixed before adding the chocolate chips. Mix.

3.

Pour your batter into your greased pan. Smooth it out. Put the blondies in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Once the blondies are done let them cool before cutting into pieces and serving.

Tips:

This recipe doubles very easily. Alter baking time.

Hadassah, thanks so much for submitting this! My whole family loves this blondies recipe, especially me, since it is easy, fast, needs no mixer, and makes no mess!
