Diets Delicious is an understatement for how good this is cauliflower is. When I made it for my family it was finished before it even hit the table. I don’t like to pick “sides,” but if I had to pick one it would definitely be this one.
2 chicken flavor stock cubes – dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Tomato Paste
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2 (24-ounce) bags Beleaves Frozen Cauliflower, thawed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients besides the cauliflower. Mix well until fully combined.
Add the cauliflower. Mix again until everything is fully coated.
Place the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet, and place in preheated oven.
Bake for one hour.

This was absolutely delicious. I had to leave out the shallots and garlic due to intolerances, but it still came out really well (and ordinarily I do not enjoy the taste of cauliflower). It was very popular with my guests too.
