1 sheet matzo
1/3 cup milk of choice, such as Gefen Almond Milk
1 egg, beaten
salt to taste
black pepper to taste (optional)
Break up 1 piece of matzo into a small bowl.
Pour milk over the matzo and let soak 5-10 minutes.
Add spices of choice.
Add in beaten egg and mix to combine.
Pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes. NOTE: If you don’t have a microwave for Passover, this can be baked in an oven-safe dish for 10 minutes.

At what oven temperature should this be baked?
This one is made in the microwave- you could try baking it at 350 but not sure for how long, you would have to keep checking it.
