  • ponzu sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Directions

Prepare the Joseph Special

1.

Thinly slice tuna and add to bowl.

2.

Add dollop of jam to each slice.

3.

Add one teaspoon of truffle oil (or to taste)

4.

Add two tablespoons of ponzu sauce and eat!
