For the Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Create the spice mix by combining all the spices in a small bowl. Mix together the spice mix and the oil. 

  3. Place the fish in a baking dish and brush with marinade. Squeeze the lemon over each fillet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Serve hot. Pairs well with rice.
