Estee’s Tomato Fish

Ingredients

Tomato Fish

  • 4 tilapia fillets

  • 3/4 cup tomato paste

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (low fat is fine)

  • 2 teaspoons MSG-free onion soup mix

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Prepare the Tomato Fish

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the fish in a deep baking dish. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Spread generously over fish.

3.

Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm.

this came out really good! the sauce was so good that next time I want to make more sauce to have on the side.
