Add this recipe to your quick-and-easy supper rotation. These fresh fish fillets baked in tomato sauce can be ready in under 45 minutes and don’t call for any fancy ingredients.

Directions

Prepare the Fish

  1. Pour oil into small bowl. Mix all other ingredients (except fish) in another bowl. Dip each fillet into oil and then into tomato mixture.

  2. Place in single layer on lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30–45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
