Ingredients

Tri-Color Pepper Orzo

  • 1 (12-ounce) pack Gefen Orzo, cooked according to package instructions

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 1 red pepper, diced

  • 1 yellow pepper, diced

  • 1 orange pepper, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

Sauté onions and peppers in oil until soft.

2.

Add spices and continue to sauté for another 15 minutes.

3.

Combine with the cooked orzo and mix well. Enjoy!
