Diets Bring Florida into your home with this salad from paradise!
1 avocado
1 mango
2 bags mixed greens
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
handful of Gefen Sweetened Dried Cranberries
chow mein noodles
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar
Peel and dice avocado and mango.
Combine with mixed greens, mandarin oranges, and dried cranberries.
Mix dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour dressing over salad.
Add chow mein noodles immediately before serving.
