Here’s a quick supper for those summer days when it’s too hot to cook. We love all kinds of tacos. Yield: 2–3 tacos
1 can Gefen Tuna, drained well and mashed
2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons salsa
2–3 hard taco shells
Combine mashed tuna with mayonnaise and salsa.
Place in taco shells right before serving.
