You can’t go wrong with meatballs and tomato sauce for dinner. Try these turkey meatballs, you may just fall in love!
2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
2 medium onions, finely diced
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Gefen Oregano
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cloves, crushed
16 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Gefen Onion Powder
Combine all ingredients and shape into one-inch balls (or smaller, for mini meatballs).
Heat oil in large deep skillet and brown meatballs. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add meatballs and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
