6 ounces Tirat Zvi Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
8 ounces romaine lettuce
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced on a mandoline
1 avocado, diced
crushed Heaven and Earth Tortilla Chips
kernels of 1 ear boiled corn
1 bunch fresh, checked cilantro (3/4 cup)
1/3 cup Gefen Olive Oil
juice of 1 large lime
1 tablespoon honey
1 jalapeƱo, seeded
1 clove garlic
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the turkey strips and taco seasoning. Cook until the turkey is lightly golden and transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado, tortilla chips, corn, and turkey strips to a bowl. Combine the dressing in a blender and pour over the salad. Toss to combine.
