This fresh turkey salad perfect for a light lunch or quick no-cook supper.
1 package romaine lettuce
1 box cherry tomatoes
1 package turkey breast (any flavor; smoked, spicy, honey roasted, etc.)
1 purple onion, finely diced
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Glicks Ketchup
1 tablespoon Gefen Mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 Gefen Dill Pickle, finely diced
In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Evenly cube the turkey and add to bowl. Add the purple onion and toss.
Place all dressing ingredients in a small jar. Mix thoroughly by hand and pour over salad. Mix salad until well combined.

What can I use instead of the horseradish sauce?
If you like spicy you can use something that is spicy like some hot sauce or spicy mayo. if not, you can just skip it.
