I call this “The Ultimate” for a few reasons! Firstly, because it has almond milk which is loaded with calcium, vitamins and minerals—and is also non-dairy for those who can’t tolerate milk! Secondly, because of the oats!  It takes the classic smoothie of combined fruits and milk to a whole new level. This smoothie will keep you satisfied and fuller for so much longer without adding too many calories (it’s only a half cup of oats). And thirdly, because it is so rich with flavor thanks to the bananas, strawberries and vanilla!  It is a truly flavorful and filling breakfast!  You’ll be making this one over and over again. Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup Gefen Almond Milk (or soy milk)

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks

  • 14 frozen strawberries

Directions

Prepare the Smoothies

1.

In a blender, blend the oats until they are a pretty fine powder.

2.

Add the milk, banana, strawberries, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.

3.

Transfer to two glasses. Enjoy!
