1/2 cup blanched almonds (see note)
1/2 cup raw cashews (see note)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon Tuscanini Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed or until desired consistency is achieved.
You can store the mixture in the refrigerator up to two months. Add it to any of your favorite recipes that call for Parmesan cheese, to bread fish or chicken, on salads, in pasta dishes, or on your favorite roasted veggies.
