Diets Here is my go-to chicken cutlet recipe whenever it’s time to grill! It’s easy, flavorful and definitely a crowd pleaser!
1 pound chicken cutlets, cleaned and trimmed
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
dash of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Rinse chicken and dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes in a Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Let marinate for at least one hour.
Grill for six to eight minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the cutlet.
