Here is my go-to chicken cutlet recipe whenever it’s time to grill! It’s easy, flavorful and definitely a crowd pleaser!
Directions
1. Rinse chicken and dry. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes in a Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Let marinate for at least one hour.
3. Grill for six to eight minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the cutlet.
