1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa
1 and 1/4 cups Gefen Potato Starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows, plus more for decorating

can I substitute the potato starch for regular flour?
