Sabrina's Bruschetta with Crumbled Feta

Sabrina is back and this time she is teaching us how to make the perfect summer bruschetta in under a minute!  1 loaf of French or Italian bread
 Tuscanini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 8 (firm) Roma tomatoes
 1 bunch fresh basil (properly checked)
 5 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
 salt, to taste
 pepper, to taste
 Feta cheese
 Tuscanini Balsamic Glaze
