Basic Latke Batter
6 large potatoes (preferably Idaho/russet), peeled and cut into chunks
1 large onion, cut into chunks
2 eggs
1/4 cup potato starch
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Neutral oil, for frying
