1/4 cup Gefen Canola Oil
1 and 1/2 cups small diced onions
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons minced ginger
3 tablespoons small diced jalapeño
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons curry powder
3 tablespoons kosher salt
