After finishing Rabbinical School at the age of 20, Yos Schwartz went to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, graduating at the top of his class.

Yos co-founded The Fresh Diet, a meal home-delivery service, where he was responsible for all food operations in 5 major US cities.

In 2015, Yos founded Hassid + Hipster, breaking the mold of the normal Kosher dining experience with pop-ups and other special culinary events. Yos regularly collaborates with celebrity chefs at various events, including the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, has made multiple TV appearances, and become synonymous with high-end Kosher cuisine.

In 2021, Chef Yos co-founded, specializing in hard-to-find, chef-curated gourmet kosher pantry items, meats, seafood, dairy & more.
