2 and 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup Gefen Oat Milk or other non-dairy milk, room temperature
