1 puff pastry sheet, about 9 ounces
2 whole Brie cheeses — 7 ounces each
2 cups of elbow pasta. cooked
2 tablespoons of starchy water (water from cooked pasta)
3 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of honey
1 dash of pepper
1 dash of salt
