With Chanukah just around the corner, it's easy to get lost in
latke recipes and forget all of the other wonderful fried food options
out there. Take Chicken Fried Steak, for example. This adaptation of a
Southern classic will blow your mind with its flavor and texture. Pass
the gravy, and let the crunch do the talking!
Chicken Fried Steak
Gravy
1 cup flour
4 cups Gefen Soy Milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons black pepper
2 cups chicken stock
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen (Fish-Free) Worcestershire Sauce
