These adorable little cookies have just two ingredients— Yes, you read that right. Start with a pre-made pizza or challah dough, and just add Elite chocolate. They’re so easy your kids can even prep them for baking by themselves!

 Pizza dough (or challah dough)
 1 (3- and- 1/2-oz./100-g.) Elite Chocolate – your favorite flavor
 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
 confectioners’ sugar, for garnish
