Italian Salad
1 can Glicks Chickpeas, toasted
1 cup sauteed portobello mushrooms
1 cup caramelized Vidalia onions
1/2 cup shredded Tuscanini Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 tablespoons roughly chopped pecans
1/4 cup torn fresh, cleaned basil leaves
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese cubes
