Biscotti
3 cups Rorie’s Grain-Free Flour (see note)
3/4 to 1 cup Heaven & Earth Coconut Sugar (to taste)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 eggs, at room temperature
1/3 cup Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dark raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup golden raisins or chopped apricots
1/4 cup cacao nibs
